  I joined CrossFit Hamilton almost 10 months ago and it was truly one of the best decisions I have made. A friend once told me, you know you are at a good BOX when the coaches critique should it be an elite member or a new member. I can honestly say that the coaching staff plays a major role in my development they are always very helpful, pushing me when I need it and making adjustments when I need adjusting. In addition to the amazing coaching staff I have never belonged to a gym where you have so much support from other members. Here at CrossFit Hamilton everyone supports each other. Partner WODs are the best!
